Rogue Supreme Court, Joins Rump Parliament - General Election 2019?

Lets Get Real:

The UK Supreme Court has gone rogue, it has joined the RUMP Parliament, all 11 Supremes supported the decision, they could not find one that was for BREXIT. Also the UK Supreme Court does not understand UK Democracy, the Queen in Parliament is sovereign, that means the Government represents the Queen, which part did the OLD Judges not get that, the Queen is SOVEREIGN not Parliament, not the House of Commons or the people.  This blog is calling for the next Conservative Government to ABOLISH the Supreme Court, it was another Blair disaster reform, like the Welsh Assembly and the Scottish Parliament. Also one of the papers should investigate the JUDGES, have they done their career in EU law, are they associated or married to people who are Euro fanatics.  The Establishment thought it was right about appeasement, it was WRONG, sometimes the great and the good go off the planet, the Establishment is not playing FAIR, we have  Bias Speaker, a Rump Parliament and Supreme Court that must be having flashbacks to the 1960s or with age one has to consider dementia

Huhne on the Chopping Block ?

Guy Fawkes’ Blog: Reports that Lib Dems are moving to distance themselves from the Energy Secretary Chris Huhne over the allegation that he transferred his driving penalty points to his separated Wife. This blog would be surprised to see Mr Huhne survive this political scandal, if this allegation is true and there is evidence, then Mr Huhne will have to go, perverting the course of justice is jail time, what is it with Lib Dems, the Laws Case, this now, and two Lib Dems in the Welsh Assembly could face police investigation that they could not by law run for the Assembly due to their jobs. I guess if you out of power for over sixty years you don’t look that closely at your members, your grateful to have them.

Alternative Vote and the Labour Party

Guardian: Reports that the Labour Party will not Campaign in 2011 for a YES vote in the AV Referendum. This will be an interesting process to watch folks, you will have the Conservative Party that will oppose the change in the voting system, they Labour Party will be split and the only Party that will be 100% behind the move will be the Liberal Democrats who in the last poll had about 9% support. As the Referendum will be held on the same day as the elections in Scotland, Wales ( in Wales the voters will also have a choice if the Welsh Assembly should have more power ) and also Council Elections, one can postulate that the voter will be confused and very annoyed that it has to makes so many decisions, in other words as of now the Liberal Democrats could find themselves very disappointed if the result is a NO.

The Age of Austerity - Coalition ATTACKS Critics

BBC News: Reports that DPM Nick Clegg the leader of the Liberal Democrats has stated that critics of the Government spending cuts are not telling the truth as to whom gets hit harder. When you cut welfare you hit the poor, lets not hide the truth, when you cut child benefit for the rich, in the Government scale that is about forty four thousand, it does not have the same effect when you hit the poor, the rich cant have an extra holiday or a weekend break, the poor cant eat, there is a difference is effect and scale. But lets be very clear the Coalition Government under PM David Cameron is doing the right thing, cuts are always going to hurt, but lets be clear and honest, there are always going to be poor people, the idea that Government can change nature and history is very Star Trek but not the real world, under New Labour social mobility was worse than in the 1950s, you cant chance civic society, you can cushion the effects, but just cushion, yes poor people will hurt, no one wants that but we have to live in the real world, the UK is broke, BROKE, we can afford it, it can be argued that the UK should not give any money to poor countries, its better to spend on our own NHS, Education and those on welfare. These are cold days folks, Guardian types voted for Tony Blair and we got the Iraq War, thus their views don’t hold much water and they should not, we need to return to the mind frame of the era under Lady Thatcher, people should want to create wealth, make money, and thus create jobs, the State cant and does not create jobs, there is Society but that Society needs a healthy economy, Countries likes Wales and Scotland have to get off the handouts and develop a economic base based on business, not the mothers milk of the State, the money in the bank is gone folks, time to GROW UP.

PM Cameron KEEPS his WORD over CUTS

BBC News: Reports on the key points of the Government cuts to public spending, from the half a million that will lose their jobs to a permanent bank tax. The good point for PM Cameron is that the he has kept his word to the old age pensioners, they will still get their winter fuel allowance, a free bus pass and free TV when they are 75. The devil is in the details folks, this will take a few hours and days to work out, also in Wales and Scotland it will be Labour, Plaid Cymru and SNP who have to do the cuts, sometimes winning is fun when you have to make the Opposition do the real dirty work.

US, UK = Greece

Telegraph: Reports on the comments by the Governor of the Bank of England Mervyn King that the US and the UK are in the same debt boat as Greece. In other words folks the new Lib Dem / Conservative Government will have to make deep cuts in public spending, Wales and Scotland that had a good time in the economic boom years will have to make drastic cuts to spending, the problems in these countries is that the public sector has gone fat on Labour spending, thus the effects will really hurt in Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland. But in less the UK wants to return to the IMF years of the 1970s these cuts in public spending will really have to hurt, the Conservative in their manifesto promised a reform of welfare, people have to take jobs that they don't want, the system can not afford the gravy years of Labour with the UK in the red, that red debts stands at around 160 Billion. The UK can not become Greece, thus the new government will be hated by next year, that is why a fixed term Parliament is a good idea, also the idea that for the Government to lose power it would need 55% of the House of Commons to vote for its removal, these public spending cuts will hurt folks, it needs time, thus lets hope the Mr Cameron and Mr Clegg have the backbone to do whats in the national interest.

Prediction of Next UK Government

With the resignation of PM Gordon Brown as Labour Leader and the stalled talks between the Conservative Party and the Lib Dems we can now see a future Lib Dems / Labour Pact. The problem with the Lib Dems as was shown in Wales after the recent Assembly Elections is the fact that it is full of people who prefer opposition and don’t want real power. Thus this my prediction, the left wing of the Lib Dems will force the leadership to go with Labour, thus even with the MP’s from the Labour and Lib Dems you don’t have a Commons Majority, this will force the new Government to seek the support of the National Parties from Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, these Parties will not want public spending cuts in their backyard, thus the cuts will be in England. Lets look at the political consequences for the Labour Party, they could lose many more English Seats and after the next election, and folks there will be a next election as the Conservative Party in opposition will make every vote count in the Commons for the Lib Dems/ Labour Government. The Lib Dems had a chance for stability but they have become a one issue Party, they want PR and the Labour will support this move, thus England will have real cuts while the rest of the UK will get away with no cuts. This if the above happens could see the end of Labour in England.

Rights for Agency Workers!

Over the past few weeks I have worked for Employment Agency, they sent me to a major company in the area, as the company needed workers, I did not get an Interview, just start the following day. Thus from the 21/8/08 to 19/9/08 I worked for this major Company, not taking a day off due to illness or holiday. I discovered that the Company had plans to move me to a Call Centre environment, as I have a speech Impediment I informed them of this fact, on Friday after work I was informed that I was let go, one can postulate after that all hard work one would have been tested one one's phone skills, but no, just the boot, but this was not surprising. after only a week and two days without no training after that, in less I asked I was placed on the work, the Company is in the profit Industry. I wonder if their clients can appreciate the lack of training by this major company, its outlets are in bookies, pubs, Casinos all over the world. One would think that the Company would have the decency to inform people if they are being let go, but there is something rotten, a company that does not inspire loyalty, has a high burn rate for those that work for it, under a year seems to be the duration of employment. I wish the company would have inspired me to but no, just shows that a company, will use and abuse its employers does not deserve the trust or loyalty of those it employs, it can not be called a gentleman but a cad, yes Sir a Cad, the Gipper inspired his supporters, this company would make one take the pledge in its business.

I call on the government to take action as to protect Agency workers, if you are disabled and a company takes you on, it should at least try to find other work for you that does not involve you having to leave the company, what shame for a Labour Government and the Welsh Assembly.

No Government for Wales

The Welsh Assembly Election was on May 3rd, it is now May 22 and still no government. If Plaid Cymru support Labour when they have the chance to form the Government then I hope all members of Plaid Cymru will consider is it worth voting for a Party that does not have back bone to form a government. What ever VIEWS might think of the SNP at least they are trying to govern. Is Wales a ONE party state, if Labour gets only one seat in a election are they the natural party of government. If this is true, then why bother having the Assembly, or paying the AM's, this is a crunch time for Welsh Democracy, a ONE party state or real Democracy.

Welsh Assembly

WELSH POLITICS AND NO PROFILE IN COURAGE

Well what can one say, Wales and its Assembly still has no government, even Scotland has manged that, OK minority but at least grown up politics, what do we in Wales get immature hour and no free drinks either. VIEWS is and always will be a Conservative but why cant Plaid Cymru, Conservatives, Liberal Democrats and the one Independent work together and form a government. Do we live in North Korea or China, is Wales a One Party State, if so why bother to pay the opposition parties just let Labour run Wales as it shows the the other parties do not have the courage of their convictions. As one of my favourite characters says VIEWS is from Wales but not Welsh if Welsh is being having no courage and treating the people of Wales as some great unwashed crowd that has to be tolerated ever few years for their votes while letting Labour run Wales as a one party state.
