Lets Get Real:

It has been an extraordinary month, there have been executive orders that have removed regulations in the area of climate change, such as Obama's regulations on coal, that was killing the industry.   The President has frozen federal employment levels, the aim of the new Administration is to get Government to do more with less.  The immigration service has been given more freedom to deport people, while protecting those that were bought to the US at a young age.    The US military will have increase spending, the Obama years saw a decline in US defence spending, the US has been tougher on Iran, in Congress the Administration is developing a policy to replace ObamaCare and make the tax system more fairer for the US voter.  Also the Oval Office is developing a new travel ban that will pass the Courts reviews. Also lets not forget that the Trump Administration has placed on a ban on the US supporting abortion abroad or helping with service.  That is not a bad record for a Month in Office. 

Trump vs. Former Speaker Pelosi - Trump Era

Lets Get Real:

The Oval Office is taking the fight to the Democrats, the Democratic Party has convinced itself that Trump won the 2016 election with the help of the Russians, they do no care about the truth, thus the constant attacks on Trump, even as it seems the the FBI has found NOTHING to back up the allegations.   The Democrats want a Special Prosecutor even before a crime has been has found.  The Republicans should be firm with the Democrats, get some proof of illegal action by Trump or just STOP.   One wonders if Trump could be right, has the Democratic Party gone so LEFT it no longer has a future a centre Party in the US politics.

Trump on Obama - Trump Era

Thus POTUS is starting a shouting War with former President Obama, that is not a good idea, the elite press love Obama, and will take everything he says without a critical review, the Oval Office can not make these kind of allegation in less it has the information to prove it to the press.  The President is falling in to the same trap as President Obama did, he was highly critical of Bush 43 in his early years, it does not show class or charm, it shows a pol with think skin and trying to divert attention from his own failures.    The White House Communication Office should be leaking this kind of story, not the President of the United States.   It is the Trump does not understand the subtle nature of power.

Lets Get Real:

This shows that the Trump Administration is carrying on with the Obama Administration effective use of drone strikes to kill terrorists.   They Trump Administration must have found its easier for the US to kill terrorists rather than capture and take them to Court.   If the US does place US troops in Syria it will be an increase, the reason, to get rid of Daesh in Syria. The UK intelligence Services say the threat to the UK is the same level as the IRA attacks in the 70s and 80s, if this is true it's better to kill the terrorists before they come the UK, less of a problem overall, a good day for the US. 

Trump on ObamaCare - Trump Era

It can be said that President Trump won election on the promise to get rid of ObamaCare, it has not worked for the American worker, in fact prices have gone up and the insurance companies have pulled out of ObamaCare, in some States there is only ONE insurance company, that is hardly choice for the American voter.   The urban elite press will fight for ObamaCare, it will not matter the merit of abolishing ObamaCare, they will just fight it because its President Trump.   The Republicans in the House and the Senate have to get a move on, the election cycle for 2018 will start later this year, better to get the issue out of the way before the Mid Terms. 

Bush 43 on President Trump - Trump Era

Lets Get Real:

It is odd that Bush 43 is trashing Trump, while he was VERY quiet while President Obama was trashing him daily in the early years of his Presidency.   This could be down to two facts, that Jeb Bush was beaten by Trump for the Republican nomination and that POTUS was very critical of Bush 43 and the IRAQ War.   One has to say that while Trump is President he has not gotten the Presidential covering that others gained with the job, Howard Baker stated in a interview that Reagan was Presidential before becoming President, well Reagan was from the OLD Hollywood, that is class in itself, also Reagan did the art of the deal before Trump, he got a majority of what he wanted with Congress and went back for the rest later, that is a deal maker.  JFK and Reagan had charm and class, something that Trump lacks.

Trump increases Defence Spending - Trump Era

BBC News: Reports " US President Donald Trump is seeking to boost defence spending by $54bn (£43bn) in his proposed budget plan for 2018, which is about a 9% increase. "

Lets Get Real:

This is a good move by President Trump, the Defence Department needs the increase after the Obama years.   The question as the article states is who gets its spending cut, one can see the Republicans on the Hill want to cut welfare, this will come with opposition from the Democrats and the Urban elite media.   There will be heartbreaking stories on how this or that cut will cut a poor family, that is how the elite press works, never mind that the US is at WAR and needs to increase defence spending, it will be playing on the hearts of the voters.   IF the President was not popular before he will be less popular now, well Trump wanted the job.
