The State leader to meet the new PM Burnham will be President Zelensky of Ukraine, showing the close ties between the Ukraine and the UK, the new PM has promised to support the Ukraine as Starmer did, this has irked the Russians, therefore good move by Burnham.  The new PM could find himself in a European War in 2029/30, if he wants to avoid that he had to make that the Ukraine wins on the ground and air with Drones.

Let's Get Real:

Let's recall ALL PMs come in to OFFICE with hope, less that two years ago Sir Keir Starmer came in to OFFICE with Labour's second biggest majority.  The U turns, bad poll number and a disaster in the local elections did Sir Keir in, also he was disliked, the Sir Keir was seen as an robot with no charm, the new fellow Andy Burnham has charisma, let's see what his poll number are like after six months, if not good and Labour MPs see themselves out of a job then they have blood in the mouth, they got rid of the Robot, they will not shy about getting rid of the body wonder with charisma.  Politics is a brutal game, events, events can do a PM in, there is the WAR in the Ukraine and US v Iran in the Middle East.  The boy wonder should enjoy this time, it wont come again.

The Ukraine drone strikes on Russia and Crimea has been very effective, people are fighting for oil and the Crimea is in a state of Emergency.  Putin has to do something to divert attention from his failures, the meat grinder that is the Ukraine front for Russian Forces, the Ukraine attacks on oil depos has had the desired effect of waking up the Russian people to the fact that they have not won the Ukraine War and by this rate they will never, thus according to Western Intelligence Putin might attack Poland or the Baltic States to see how Trump Oval and NATO reacts, the UK will have a new PM, who is untested in international affairs, and wants to return the UK back to the 1970s.   The Andy Burnham might have failed before he has even started.   The Labour Party could be kicked from office in 2029 or 2030 General Election and we could have a REFORM Government.

This blog is tired of the Russian challenges in the air and sea, what about taking on these challenges, let's start by our Fighters taking on and shooting down Russian planes, if they are such a threat UK assets, the Russians will go to far one day, it might happen in Poland or the Baltic States, let's castrate the Russian Bear first, might prevent WW3.

Threat to Poland - Update

The Poles and the Baltic States are worried, they fear that Russia could do a false flag operation, or have a plane or helicopter go down in NATO country, and then the Russians send it troops, what would President Trump do, what would the new UK PM Andy Burnham do, very new to OFFICE, would he press the red button to save Poland, we have let Poland down in 1939 and 1945 when it was taken over by the Soviets, even after the Free Polish Forces had fought for the Allies in World War 2.   Trump is erratic, would he take action, he has shown that he is a puppet of Putin, will defend Poland even after they have increased their defence spending.   It is worry for Poland and the Baltic States, one gets the impression that the UK voter does not get how close to war we are, most of them were not about for the 1930s, and thus do not understand the threat.  Let's hope the intelligence networks are wrong about the Kremlin Plans, if not we are in the Summer of 1914, and have no idea what is coming.

This is putting the horse before the cart, KYIV has been hammered of late by the Russians, they are on the backfoot because of their loses in the Ukraine and the successful drone strike in CRIMEA, the Russian appointed Governor has declared a State of Emergency, the Russian people do not know of the Russian losses in the Ukraine, in between those killed, injured and lost, the total is 1.4 million, the losses in Afghanistan was less but helped lead to the downfall of the USSR.  The Putin Government is worried it will face the face of the Imperial Russia and Tsar Nicholas II, the lack of gas has lead to fights and the economy is going South, even the bankers are getting on the TV to say the WAR SHOULD END.  There are people in prison for holding up a white sheet as a form of resistance to Putin.   Thus Putin as stated in the previous post could invade Poland, to see show that NATO is a paper tiger and get the West to stop supporting the Ukraine, we are the 1930s again, appeasement wont work and we have a new PM Andy Burnham who has not been tested,  being MAYOR OF GREATER MANCHESTER does not cut it, Putin could see his chance of action before 2030.

The REAL problem for the coming Labour Government in 2024, was not its u - turns, but the character of the PM, so say he has no charisma is an understatement, by comparison Sir John Major, the UK PM between 1990 - 97, had charisma to spare, the cartoon and sketch writers had him wearing his panse over his trousers, he was liked even in 1997, the day he left office, he went and watched the cricket, what will Sir Keir do, complain to the left wing media that he was stabbed in the back by Andy Burnham, and say his 2 years were great no matter the view of the public.

PM Starmer is being pushed out by Andy Burnham, thus he is leaving him a explosive political present.  The UK could be at war with Russia in a few years over the Baltic States or Poland.  Thus WW3 could be around the corner, and the UK is not ready, due to Conservative and Labour failures over the years.  Thus PM Andy Burnham needs to learn fast.

Thus there will be no quick election, Burnham will never risk losing so many Labour backbencher MPs, only got the job as PM because Labour MPs fear losing under under Sir Keir Starmer.  Thus Opposition Parties will have to wait in till 2029/30.  If WW3 does not break out before that due to the Ukraine War, and Putin on the backfoot in the Ukraine.  There is always the erratic President in the White House, you never know with Trump!

The MOD wanted 28 billion in case Putin's Russia does something in the Baltic States or Poland, to draw attention away from fuel shortages due to the STRIKES from the Ukraine and the War in the Ukraine not going well. PUTIN is on the backfoot, he needs to make sure the people support and not demand his head, as was the case of Tsar Nicholas II.   As in 1905, and loss of Port Arthur lead calls for reform, the same could happen to Putin.  Thus the UK's MOD needs the money from the future PM Burnham.

UK Zombie Government - Update

Thus for the next couple of weeks the UK Government is in Zombie mode before Andy Burnham becomes PM.  Think if your in the Kremlin, perfect time to hit the Baltic States or Poland, a UK PM on the way out and Trump has shown over Iran that he is a chicken.  NATO would be frozen, and Russia would have an easy victory, would help Putin at home.

Sir Keir Starmer should never have PM, his character is suited to being a lawyer.  One can see his going back to his former career, he was Director of Prosecutions.   The PM has to have charisma these days, even liked would be nice! So if no contest, the job goes to Andy Burnham, King of the North, let's hope he is up to the job!.

Burnham WINS Makerfield and Starmer to stand in any Leadership Contest - Update

Thus the clock starts, will Starmer fight in his bunker or go with grace?  So far enjoy the popcorn, it looks like a fight between Starmer, Burnham and Streeting.  When will the candidates fire the gun to start the race, next week when Burnham officially becomes an MP or will someone jump the queue? We shall see.

 

Burnham for Change - Update

What Burnham wants is to win Makerfield and become PM.  The chief selling point for Burnham is he will replace Sir Keir Starmer, the most disliked PM in the history of polls.  The UK voters have had enough of the Starmer u-turns, 15 or 16 at the last count, no charisma.  Burnham can promise the earth, economic reality has a way of showing political promises are worthless.  Thus a new era with Burnham on Friday, if he wins Makerfield.

Makerfield by election - Support the right candidate - Update

The VOTERS in the Makerfield seat have two clear choices and one candidate to vote for tomorrow

Andy Burnham or the Reform Candidate.

If you elect Burnham he will finish off Sir Keir Starmer.

If you vote Reform, you will finish Labour off in 2028/29 but we will still have Sir Keir as PM.

Thus one choice: Vote Burnham and tell your friends it is for the good of the COUNTRY.

Andy Burnham on Welfare - Update

Andy Burnham states that he will cut welfare in a new way, in other words he is afraid to take on Labour backbenchers if he is elected on Thursday as MP for Makerfield, and becomes PM after a leadership contest.  There is a simple and controversial answer, no one gets welfare under 25.  In less they are dire circumstances or are not in training or education.  That would be BOLD and the right thing to do!

John Healey has done the honourable thing, he says in essence that Starmer promises on Defence cannot be trusted.  Interesting what will Andy Burnham and Wes Streeting say, what will be their policy on Defence, its the 1st duty of Government to defend the Realm, time for Sir Keir to go, his time is up.

Andy Burnham to run for Labour Leadership if elected in Makerfield by - electoon - Update

Daily Mail: Reports that the Mayor of Manchester, Andy Burnham on BBC's Question Time has admitted that if he wins the Makerfield by - election he will run to replace Sir Keir Starmer as PM and Labour leader.

Let's Get Real:

This was not even a secret, the sole purpose for Andy Burnham running in Makerfield is to be the next PM.  Thus if Andy Burnham does win he will be challenged by Wes Streeting, also there is the possibility that Angela Rayner, the former Deputy PM could run, she has cleared her tax problem.  One doubts Sir Keir Starmer will run, no matter what he says now, Polls of Labour members show that Andy would beat Sir Keir and Wes.  If this blog was advising Sir Keir it would be to announce his resignation after the Makerfield by election if Burnham wins, and give the in till the Labour Conference for the candidates to have a good run, then announce the result at the conference.

Labour the WELFARE PARTY - Update

Lord Peter Mandelson, the Dark Prince has been a disaster for Sir Keir Starmer and the Labour Government, his unsavory, a friendship with sexual trafficker has shown how much a disaster was the choice to make him the UK's Ambassador to the US.  The release of his contacts with the Labour Government Ministers, has shown a low opinion of the PM and shown that Labour just wants to tax people to pay for welfare.  This means to hell with the working class, once the bedrock of Labour.  The UK needs a General Election and fast, it won't happen as Labour MP's know their careers would come to an end.  Who can save Labour NOW, will it be Andy or Wes, we shall see after the by election in Makerfield on June 18th.

Blair ready to fight for his critic of Labour under Starmer - Update

Andy Burnham and Wes Streeting , candidates for the Labour Leadership have been critical of Blair.  Burnham and Streeting have stated that Blair does not mention inequality of today in his critic.  The candidates have to grow up, since the dawn of time there have been poor people, even with the welfare state there is poor people, its catches them in a welfare prison, more easier life on welfare than searching for jobs that do not exist because of Labour tax hikes or the future with AI.  Labour will destroy welfare, ironic since they created it in the first place.
