The old New Labour hands have started to make their presence felt, that is good, they have to use every tactic in the book to prevent Jeremy Corbyn becoming leader, a Corbyn win would mean that the UK did not have a real opposition, the general voter will laugh at a Corbyn leadership, it would be for Labour the return to the opposition years of the early 1980s.   Corbyn wants to retaken the railways back under public control, take over business, regulate the private sector so it does not work.  Also he wants a closer link with Russia, the end of NATO, you get the idea voter.   As a Conservative blog this blogger wants Corbyn to win, the Conservative Party will then not have to worry in till 2025.

Will the Obama Department of Justice throw the book at Hillary Clinton, no way, if she was a Republican they would, but this is their NEXT Queen, the expected Democrat nominee, the Democrats play Chicago hardball, expect nothing more after the FBI gets its hands on the Clinton server, they will slow walk the investigation.    By the time they are finished either Clinton will be POTUS or she would have lost, either way the file will be closed.   This blog lives in the real world, hardball politics is just business its not personal.

IF VP Biden wants to get in to the 2016 race this would be the time, the Clinton Campaign is under a cloud, its faces a tough fight from the left in the shape of Senator Sanders, the VP could be the back up choice, a safe pair of hands, who would have thought you would say that about Biden, as long as he keeps his gaffes in the low number and acts Presidential, he could get the nomination.  Interesting days if your a Democrat.

Trump has NO SHAME, he is doing a Obama, doubling down on a mistake, one does have to wonder either Trump understands the American voter better than all the writers in page and TV or Trump is the mad one with ten billion, while the voter is asleep at the wheel.   At this moment this blog is not sure which of the above is right.   One would have thought that Trump would have allowed the issue to drop, but no he wants the apology not the other way around, one really has to consider that Mr Trump could win the nomination of the Republican Party, that would be a disaster for the Republican Party and the US.  In that case support HRC.

This blog does not quite agree with the above, there have been teflon Presidents before, one only has to think of JFK, and how the press covered up his affairs at the White House and out.   There is also Ronald Reagan, the original teflon President, nothing ever stuck to the Gipper, yes there was Iran - Contra but his VP, Bush 41 won the Presidency in 1988, it was seen as a Reagan third term.   The we come to slick willy, the classic Bill Clinton, the voter knew in 1992 that he was a draft dodger, liked women, and other numerous flaws, he liked to eat to much!!  Donald Trump main asset is HIS money, a fool does not have the assets of ten BILLION.   Also he is seen as anti Washington, and the US after eight years of Obama wants a real outsider as POTUS.    Thus when will Trump self implode, lets hope its before the elections of 2016, a politically damaged Trump elected would be a disaster, even President Underwood would be better, and he is a DEMOCRAT.

This blog was wondering when the old hands of New Labour would start to get in to the fight, they have left it late, it seems that Jeremy Corbyn is on course to be the next Labour Leader.   The Labour Party will split in six weeks, how can those from the Blair wing of the Party serve with an extreme left winger, it would be the 1980s all over again.   The New Labour machine was seeing as a winning combination, so time for that machine to make sure anyone but Corbyn wins, pull any political strokes they have too, in other words go in hard against Corbyn.   This blog is a Conservative blog and proud, but even we on the Conservative side see the need for an opposition that is a real threat, so for the sake of Democracy if nothing else it has to be ABC, anyone but Corbyn.

NBC News: Reports on the following poll after the Republican Debate and the spat between Trump and Megan Kelly of Fox News, " ..Trump from coming in at the top of the poll with 23 percent. Sen. Ted Cruz was next on the list with 13 percent. "

It seems Americans like a WINNER, no matter if he is not Presidential, one would think after the Kelly row that Trump would sink in the polls, af now that has not happened, lets see what other polls say, the thought of Trump as the Republican nominee makes this Conservative shudder at the prospect, the Bush political machine needs to get in to action, lets see the other Republicans attack Trump, otherwise this blog is supporting HRC.
