In this analysis piece the post suggests that POTUS is stepping back from the Ukraine WAR, he cannot solve It, he promised during the campaign it would take him 24 hours to solve the conflict if re-elected to a 2nd term. Thus the coalition of the willing must act with others to bring peace to the poor people of the Ukraine, and end the WAR.
