The Times: Reports that the Russian Supreme Court has ruled that the assassination of the Tsar and his family was a political murder by the founders of the USSR, the Communist Party. As Reagan stated the Soviet Union was an Evil Empire, the Communist Party did the first evil of the regime, it killed its Tsar and his family, that first blood created in it own way the death of the USSR, it started in 1918 but finished with the demise of the USSR in 1991. .
