The race to be the new Speaker has been a farce, but the end Donald Trump has got someone he can support and has not peeved his colleagues off, thus the whole Republican Majority has supported him, the Democrats has a perfect target, he is against abortion, gay right and is funded by the gas and oil industry.  The attack ads will start Now, the White House has to work out how to combined funding for the Ukraine with support for Israel on to one bill that can pass the Senate and the House, they might get half of what they want, funding for Israel but the Ukraine might be tougher.  One hopes the new Speaker is given some Honeymoon period, the new Speaker is new to Congress and has not served as a Committee Chairman, thus learning on the job.

It is reported that the US has requested a delay as to get its  FORCES ready should Israel attack Gaza and terrorists cells attack the US as a response.   This delay can only be a for a few days, the Israeli Army has made it clear that it is ready, a leadership is about taking decisions, that is the role of a successful leader, a leader willing to take risks.  In 2003 Tony Blair was offered an out to the US invasion of Iraq, he di not take it, and has paid the price since.   The Israeli PM is known for being a dither by nature, so he has to get his mind in to the WAR LERADERSHIP ROLE, ISRAEL will not wait forever for him to make the final call, whatever the US President wants, Israel has to stand tall and be tough, with the enemy and its friends.

Lets Get Real:

Hamas is doing the above to seed mistrust of the Israeli Government and create discord with those that support Israel, they want to force the US to prevent Israel sending in the troops, the number POTUS should recall is 444 days that the Tehran held the US Embassy staff in Iran as  hostages.  They play on people emotions, you need cold hard thinking when making decisions on international politics.  The Israeli Army has recalled three hundred thousand troops to the Colours.  The story thread in Israel is that they should take down the main terrorist group in Lebanon that is supported by Iran, think 1941, when Japan attacked the US, the Roosevelt Administration wanted to fight Germany, lucky for FDR, Hitler declared WAR on the US a few days later.  In other words Israel has to get lucky, and hope that Iran makes a big mistake when it comes to attacking US troops in the region.  The Israeli Government is not as lucky as the UK was in 1941, then the US had FDR as President, its Biden in the Oval now,  a weak old man.  Also seeking a 2nd term.  Hamas wants a ceasefire, then it MIGHT release 50 hostages.  They are playing games, the innocents are the pawns, Israel must not play their game.

There have been so many stories coming out of the MIDDLE EAST, the Israeli Army is being asked by the  US as reported by CNN to delay its land invasion of Gaza.   This is playing in to what HAMAS wants, they released two Americans, just to place pressure on the Biden Oval.  Before the hostages were release there was Biden's speech from the OVAL OFFICE, the Israeli Government cannot have its battle plans decided by the US and EU.   Let's recall that the Biden record is not great when it comes to Foreign policy.   On other hand, more hostages OUT  allows ISRAELI to gain intelligence on the tunnels that HAMAS has, it is a matter of time and Israel has to act soon, it can't just allow three hundred and sixty thousand troops and tanks to just stay on the border of Gaza and Lebanon.  Thus today:

SO FAR, Iran is the big winner of this war so far, the proposed deal between Israel and Saudi Arabia is on ICE, the Arab Street has come out against the US and Israel.  Iran wants to return to the Middle East back to the relationship that existed before the Trump and Biden Administration sought and a better relationships in the Middle East.  There is no proof but one can see the HAMAS attack on the 7th October was planned from Tehran, one presumes Hamas agreed to the attack if IRAN came out and said they would support them no matter what.  Thus Israel faces WAR with Hamas and Lebanon, the major terrorist group there is as backed by Iran.  The French and Dutch leaders are coming next week to Israel, then the Israel might invade Gaza after they leave.  Troubling Days ahead.  This blog will not be surprised to see HAMAS pull at the heart string of the US and Europe, by the release of more hostages, they have 2012, women, men, children and babies.  Hamas is EVIL , like Putin's Russia.

It seems that the green light had been given, its just a matter of when, you cannot keep hundred thousands of soldiers on red alert, they will be edgy enough, just waiting, one presumes that the Israeli Government is waiting for the French President to come, this blog is shocked that former President Trump has not turned up, he will hate being out of the limelight, but then he has enough legal problems.  Israel could be waiting for the speech from the Oval Office, before going, allowing the Biden OVAL to take credit for sending in food, medicine and water in to Gaza.  There has been delay on that front, it looks like it will be Saturday, the Presidential Address might need to be redrafted  to make that point.   The Gaza - Israeli War and the danger it might spill over to other countries will be at its height after the Israel goes in to Gaza, Iran must be contained.

The Israeli's are moving to remove any threats should they take Gaza.   One assumes that the Israeli Government is waiting for the diplomatic shuttling to end, the UK PM is coming to the region, so they will have to wait in till that is finished.  The Israeli people will be wondering if the Israeli PM is gun shy, there are times to wait, and then there are time for action.  IF Israel is going to annex  Gaza, then this is the time, the terrorists will think that Israel has lost its nerve, thus more threats form the terrorists.  Also if the Israel is going to take on Iran, better to do it before they have the bomb, afterwards would be tricky and very dangerous.  As a clever UK PM was asked by a junior Minister what could go could wrong in good times, the PM said, Events, Events dear boy, Events.

The Arab Leaders and the Arab Street does not care, it blames ISRAEL  no matter what, the US President stated that the US Department of Defence has confirmed that the rocket was from Islamic Jihad  or the other team as stated by POTUS.  At some point Israel must act, it cannot keep three hundred thousand Soldiers on ALER, it makes them weaker.  There was a story that Israel might annex Gaza, well if that is the plan, its about time to start, quicker to start and then quick to finish.  The Terrorist group Hamas must be destroyed, it is cancer to close to the heart of Israel.  President Biden is to give a speech on Gaza and the Ukraine War.  It seems that he is going to ask for a 100 billion dollars from the US Congress.  Good luck with that, the House does not have a Speaker yet.  Also linking Gaza - Israeli War to Ukraine might be a problem, Trump will be critical, it will need Democratic votes.
