North Korea LAUNCHES Ballistic Missile from Sub - Asia / Biden Era

Lets Get Real:

The Biden Oval has two major problem areas, North Korea that has nukes and Iran, the problem is that the US cannot attack North Korea to remove its nuclear threat, as North Korea could and would attack South Korea and Japan.  That kind of WAR would tank the economy of the US and the West.  The Biden Oval has shown it is Appeasement mode with its actions in Afghanistan, it has allowed the Taliban to take over and has broken the promise of every US President has given to the former KABUL Government.  Thus North Korea is taking its chances to show how much of a threat it could be in Asia and to the US.  There is no solution to the problem of North Korea, they will never give up their nuclear weapons, and it can be argued that South Korea and Japan will go nuclear one day, the threat from NORTH KOREA is to much, also you can never trust the North Korean Government to keep it is word, they might promise anything and later renege on any agreement.  The only hope for Asia and the West is that there is a coup in North Korea, that is hard to see happening, the North Korean leader is ruthless, he even ordered the murder of his own brother.

The murder of Sir David Amess is the 2nd murder of an MP in five years, it can be argued that MPs when they meet the people of their SEAT, should have police protection, and that visitors should be checked by the Police before they get in to see a MP.  The tribute of Southend becoming a CITY is tragic as it took the death of its great supporter Sir David Amess for it to happen.  In future when local people want to meet their MP, the police should do a check on them first before the meeting just to make sure they do not have a criminal record or intent. Democracy is about MPs meeting the people, otherwise all communication will be either by Zoom, Email or phone, a meeting allows an MP to understand the reason for the meeting, how people really feel, one hopes we never lose that, one thinks Sir David Amess would agree. 

General Colin Powell DIES of Covid - 19 - American Hero

BBC News: Reports " Tributes are being paid to former US Secretary of State Colin Powell, who has died of Covid-19 complications aged 84.  "

Lets Get Real:

The US has LOST a great American hero, the first African American to serve as National Security Advisor to President Reagan, the first African American to be Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and finally the first African American to be Secretary of State to Bush 43.  It can be stated that Powell become well known with the first Gulf War when he explained US Strategy to the public, to defeat the enemy by over whelming force, he become known as the Powell doctrine, and was standard US defence policy for years.  Then finally Secretary of State to Bush 43, he explained the US evidence to the UN that Iraq had WMD.  When it was found that it didn't have such weapons it was a stain on the reputation of Powell.  As noted in the article, after leaving office Powell was critical of the Bush Administration when it came to the War on terror.  It can be argued that Powell moved to be more liberal as he got older, as the article notes he supported Obama in 08 and was critical of Donald Trump.  

EU's counter blast at Lord Frost over the Northern Ireland Protocol - After Brexit

Lord Frost replied to the EU before the EU gives out its new version of the Northern Ireland Protocol, the Minister stated that European Court of Justice was a major problem, and has to be dealt with, if the EU gives real solutions to the problems of the protocol and allow normal business between the GB and the province that would help, it will be interesting to see the reaction from business to the new ideas from the EU, if they work then the ECJ might not matter that much, the Unionist Parties could be the problem, if they bring down the government of the province, that could lead to trouble in the streets, so the Unionist Parties have to be bought along, this is why the ECJ part has to be reformed.  It will be interesting to see how the intense talks with the UK and the EU go, can they bring real solutions and political solutions that work for the province.

James T Kirk in Space FOR REAL - Space the Final Frontier

To watch Captain James T Kirk, in the shape of William Shatner go up in Space at the age of 90 gave me hope that one day I could see the EARTH from space, James T Kirk and his TV Crew represented the best of Earth, the private sector is the future of Space, they have the money, one would not be shocked if a American billionaire did not try to return to the Moon or even Mars.  Mars in the next prize, the Americans can not allow the Chinese to get there first, if they do we will never hear the end of it, and also the will place their flag on Mars, that should never happen, the WEST should join it resources and get a Western ship there, let's hope this 2nd private launch will LEAD to more, our future is Space and other PLANETS, we are wrecking Earth, we need another planet to allow humanity to grow again. 

Lord Frost's speech Update 2 - After Brexit

Lets Get Real:

The UK has to be FIRM with the EU, the speech was a hammer in a velvet glove, the UK at the end day has responsibility for Northern Ireland, it also has a duty to make sure that the Good Friday Agreement is kept and there is no return to the troubles.  The Unionist groups have made it clear that the NORTHERN IRELAND PROTOCOL has to go also the role of the European Court of Justice, it is seen as bias in favour of the EU.  The UK should have talks with the EU when they bring out their new ideas for the PROTOCOL, if Brussels cant or wont listen then the UK has to invoke ARTICLE 16 and suspend parts of the protocol.   The Irish Government has been fighting the EU side of late, it should learn to keep quiet, what if the EU demands that they place border checks on the border, will they so NO or YES, sometimes it is better to be quiet and then no one will notice you.  The PM has had a good day, also he is on holiday. 

UK wants new Northern Ireland Protocol - After Brexit

BBC News: Reports on a speech by Lord Frost when it comes to the Northern Ireland Protocol, Lord Frost stated the following, " "It is this Government, the UK Government, that governs Northern Ireland as it does the rest of the UK," said Lord Frost..."Northern Ireland is not EU territory. It is our responsibility to safeguard peace and prosperity and that may include using Article 16 if necessary.  "

Lets Get Real:

The speech was strong, it showed that the Conservative Government will take the HARD decisions if needed to protect the Good Friday Agreement, the Unionist groups have made it clear that the Northern Ireland Protocol has to go or they will leave the Government of Northern Ireland, that could lead to early elections and cause major problems for the Unionist side and the UK Government, polls suggest the Nationalist could have more seats in the North Ireland Assembly, thus calls for a unification vote.  This would be a disaster for the Unionist and for the British Government, so the OLD Northern Ireland Protocol has go, the UK has to be VERY firm on this, it is about the UK saying to the EU, take it or leave it, also the ECJ has to be removed, it is a EU institution  thus bias in favour of the EU.  The EU will come out with new ideas tomorrow, let's hope they understand, this could be their last chance, give or the UK will invoke Article 16 and revoke parts that are causing damage to the Province.
