Long Weekend, US Shutdown - 2nd Term Blues

Lets Get Real:

It seems the Republican Establishment can not surrender FAST enough folks, they are taking the WORD of the Oval that there will be REAL talks if the Republicans open the US Government and rise the debt ceiling, two words folks, SELL OUT.   The Republican Leadership in the Senate and House do not have the backbone to make the Oval take the US over the financial cliff.   Speaker Boehner has shown himself to be a weak Speaker, the Oval should be always be frightened of the House Speaker, one can postulate that the Oval holds Boehner in contempt, a real leader would not allow himself to be pushed around by an appeaser like Obama, do you see Syria or Iran allowing themselves to be pushed around, when you in a leadership role you need steel backbone, one can say that the the Republican leadership has a wobble backbone that is thrown by the wind or the hot air out of the Oval.   Thus it seems that the Oval wins this folks, what is the point of voting for the Republicans, if they are Republicans in name only, might as hand over the House to the Democrats.   Shame on the Republican leadership. 

The US and Egypt - Latest

CNN - Politics: Reports the following on the review of US and Egyptian relationship, " However, some military aid could continue, including funds to uphold Egypt's obligations under its peace treaty with Israel, and money for counterterrorism and security in Sinai,...".

Lets Get Real:

Thus folks a symbolic slap on the hand, the US can not afford to lose Egypt as an ally, the Muslim Brotherhood was  a threat to secular Egypt and to Western interests, the US needs Egypt to carry on with the Camp David Peace Deal with Israel, allow US Naval vessels favourable rights in the Suez Canal, and for the new government in Cairo to take on Al Qaeda and suppress the Brotherhood.   If Egypt goes the way of Syria the Oval would have a nightmare three and half years in office, there could be no Middle East Peace deal that could lead to the creation of a Palestinian State, also the West would face a hike in oil prices, that would send the West back in to recession, ALL the Oval wants is for Cairo to keep the suppression off the TV, it makes liberals feel the need to place pressure on the Oval, at this minute that is the last thing President Obama wants, he has enough international and domestic problems to deal with at the moment. 

The Oval, can it be TRUSTED? - 2nd Term Blues

Fox News: Reports the following from the Hill, " House Republicans eye short-term debt ceiling fix, ahead of White House meeting".

Lets Get Real:

The Tea Party and Conservative members of the House have to make sure that Speaker Boehner does not sell them out because the Oval has frightened the Republican Establishment over the debt ceiling, any raise in the debt ceiling has to be very short term, three to six weeks, and the Oval has to agree what the Hill and the Oval will talk about, the Democrats will say anything to get the debt ceiling risen, then go back on their word, and we are back here over the Christmas period.    The Republicans should make firm demands to reform the welfare system, deep cuts, the US can not carry on every year with a rise in the debt ceiling, time for the Republicans to hold their nerve, make sure the Republican Establishment does not SELL OUT, that they are not WIMPS when faced by the Oval. 

Is a US Default that BAD ? - 2nd Term Blues

The New York Times: Reports the following, " Many in G.O.P. Offer Theory: Default Wouldn’t Be That Bad ".

Lets Get Real:

The Democrats and the left wing elite media are almost having a mental breakdown folks, they are acting as if the US is the Titanic; it should be noted that it took the Titanic some time to go down; the US WILL NOT default, tax revenue is coming in, this can be used to pay bond holders, what it will do is force Democrats to get the FACT, that the PARTY is over, their spending is sending future generations of Americans in to the work house, NO Country can afford a future 20 trillion debt, even China sooner or later will stop buying US bonds, as they will be worthless.   This is the chance for the Republicans to reform the US Budget and debt ceiling.    President Obama does not care what happens in the future, he will be out in 2017, the next President will have to take apart welfare to keep the US on dry land.  The Republicans should not allow the Democrats to get away with their daft spending, thus NO CR or DEBT ceiling raise in till the Oval talks, Obama wanted the job, as they said in the classic TV series FAME, here is where you start paying, well time for the Oval to pay for its ambition and its spending.   Politics is tough folks, as are the arts. 

51% Job Disapproval for POTUS - Gallup

Gallup: Reports on its daily tracking poll on the job performance of President Obama, that the Oval has a  " 44% Approval rating, while 51% of Americans Disapprove of the job performance of President Obama. ".

Lets Get Real:

The elite media has been focusing on the Republicans in Congress, they have given the Oval and Senate Democrats a PASS, sometimes you get the impression that they really think that the problem is the Republicans, they can not see a egotist President who will not talk, and a Majority Leader in the Senate who will allow children with cancer to suffer when they could get help from the Federal Government.   At the end of the day it will be the Obama economy that goes down the drain if the sides can not deal.    The Oval has to get its egotistical head out of its own ego and realise that its not a KING, he is mere politician.   The Republicans should hold firm, no clean CR or debt ceiling raise, a three to six week pass for talks should be considered, but there needs agreement before on WHAT talks.   THIS blog does not trust the Oval or Democrats, their word can not be trusted.

This is the BEST NEWS of the day folks, from the article the BBC will release the full story on Thursday, US can default, the EU can break up, finding lost episodes of Doctor Who is important, it shows the Old Man up stairs ( God ) is  wise, he let the BBC find them, and of course a fan of the Time Lord.   If only some of the Doctor's timeline is returned it would fill ALL fans of the Doctor with joy.   What a great day folks.

This is a trick folks, this blog does not trust the Oval as far as its ego, the Democrats are playing politics, they want to break the Republicans before the 2014 Mid Terms, thus they will say anything then go back on their word, think Syria and Iran.    The Republicans have to keep their nerve, no clean CR or debt ceiling raise, as for default, what will the US be like a with a 20 trillion debt, yes folks it coming.   That shoe will drop, how long can China keep buying US bonds, it becomes worthless paper after a time, even the economy of China will stall one of these days, then what, the banker will hold trillions of US bonds, and they will be not worth the paper they are written on, it will happen folks, just think Weimar Germany.   This is the time for the Republicans to DEAL with the US debt.   It will be hard folks, but better to do something like this on your terms and not on the terms of the Markets.
