This is Russia play acting, it has no interest in giving concessions, but wants one man to believe what it says, that is President Trump. Over the last few years Trump has shown total loyalty to Putin, and been highly critical of the Ukraine President. The Trump has stated that the Ukraine needs a new President, who will do as he is told BY Trump and Putin. Thank the lord that Trump was not around for WW2, the US would have supported Germany, as it would fit with America First doctrine. The supposed technical talks will start in November 10th, after the US Mid Terms and the start of the 2028 Presidential cycle. In a Washington with the Democrats in charge of the House and even the Senate, the Democrats can be a force to support Ukraine, passing laws that will fun the Ukraine, it will be curious if Trump has the will to VETO such laws and how much Republican support that he will have to sustain a VETO, where are the Republican Reagan supporters, they used to care for national security of the US and the Western Alliance.
