This will annoy Putin, he is making claims that Ukraine is retreating on all fronts, typical Russian false claims, the WAR is costing Russia in men and resources, as long as the West, in this case Europe funds Ukraine by whatever means then the WAR can go on. Russia cannot be allowed to win.
