Lets Get Real:
The President - Elect does not need another plane, he has if this blog's recall is right two already, when he become President he will have Air Force One. This is a good move by President Trump, it will go down well with the rust belt States. The costs always go up, that is the nature of a government relationship with industry, if this was a private business affair the costs would be kept down or charges would have to be paid for the delay and the extra costs. It should be noted once President Trump become President, he will have to fly by Air Force One as to secure the Oval. On whole wise move by Trump.
