Sky News: Reports in its 3.17 post that European Leaders will be invited to the Oval Office meeting between Zelensky and Trump.

From Reports it seems that Putin wants all the Donbas  in return for peace.   The Ukraine and Europe should say no way, make it clear that Trump is flogging a dead horse with this idea.  The coalition of the willing should say that they will provide ceasefire force under US security guarantee for the Ukraine.   No wonder Putin was going on about Europe at the suppose press conference.

Thus President Zelensky is going to meet POTUS on Monday in D.C, the European Allies want to make sure that Zelensky knows that the UK will stand by Ukraine with others if there is a good ceasefire.   The problem is you never know what Trump might turn up, the appeaser or someone ready to place harsh secondary sanctions on Russia.

BBC News: Reports in its 12.11am  post that President Trump has stated in his press conference that there is no deal in till a deal.

Lets Get Real:

What a odd press conference, no questions taken by either President, the press won't be happy, no CEASFIRE was announced, a chance of a further meeting in Russia.  We wait to hear what the leaders agreed to, what will Europe and Zelensky agree too, and what will they VETO, if they have that option.

PUTIN wont mess around with me - Trump47

BBC News: Reports in its 7.07am post that President Trump has stated that President Putim won't mess around with him.

Lets Get Real:

Trump is hoping for a deal, any deal, he will and push the Ukraine and Europe to accept any deal.  It has been noted by commentators and this blog, that it could be another Munich 1938, that lead to Czechoslovakia losing land to Germany and a few months later being invaded by Nazi Germany.  The World waits to see what happens.

25% of failure in Alaska - Trump47

BBC News: Reports that President Trunp has stated that there is a 25% chance of a failure in his talks with Putin in Alaska.

Lets Get Real:

Trump is very mercurial, you never know what he is going to say from one hour to the next, thus you have a 75% chance of  a bad deal in Alaska, that could damage the Ukraine and Europe.  Ukraine and Europe must be ready to say NO to Trump and Putin if the Summit produces a BAD DEAL, that means the Ukraine giving up its Sovereign land to Russia.  The world awaits the results from Alaska.

Trump threatening Putin with Severe Consequences if no ceasefire- Trump47

Sky News: Reports in its 5.26pm post that President Trump is threatening Putin with severe consequences if he does not agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine.

Lets Get Real:

Putin might agree but with conditions that weaken the Ukraine and threaten its security, Putin might want the Donbas in Eastern Ukraine, Kyiv has secured some areas and a land swamp would open up the option of Putin trying to swallow up the rest of the Ukraine, as Hitler did in 1939 with Czechoslovakia after the 1938 Munich Agreement.   The WORLD awaits the Summit on Friday.

UK Supports Ukraine- Sir Keir Starmer

BBC News: Reports in its 4.11pm post that the UK PM, Sir Keir Starmer has stated to the  Coalition of the willing  that the UK has unwavering support for the Ukraine, that borders can not be changed by force and the need for security guarantees for the Ukraine.

Lets Get Real:

The time for Europe and the UK to show that they can lead, if the US under Trump wants to abdicate the leadership of the Western World, then the coalition of the willing has to stand up and take the CROWN, the Ukraine must be supported,  with troops if needed, time for France to add substance to the big talk of Macron.  Thus we await Friday and Alaska.
