Thus 17 people have been killed who could have been prevented from being killed if the US and Western Europe had supplied as promise defensive missiles to take out Russian Missiles. POTUS has backtracked on giving Patriot missiles to the Ukraine, thus Kyiv cannot defend itself and the West is out to lunch. The failure in the Ukraine by the West might make Putin believe he can attack the Baltic States or Poland.
