IN the view of Trump Tehran does not want another War like the 12 day WAR last year. This Trump appeasing Tehran, the theocracy know now that if they appear to give concessions, then Trump will fold like a cheap suit. The World will face an Iran crisis within a few years, Iran will have the bomb and West cannot do a thing, like North Korea.
