BBC News Reports in its 7.25pm post that an advisor to the Supreme Leader of Iran has stated that there is no room in the Middle East for the US and its bases.

This could be bluster by Iran, they must know that they could never beat the US in the air or the ground for that fact. There will be no ground War, after Afghanistan and Iraq the US voter are tired of long wars that never end. Trump took a tough decision that should have been taken years ago by other Presidents.
