The new Libyan Government really has to shutdown Colonel Gaddafi, one way or another, the more he seen as still active the more his loyal fighters will fight, thus more death. Thus the birthplace of Colonel Gaddafi either has to surrender or be taken by force, the rebels can not afford to have the Mad Dog out there, causing mayhem in Libya and supporting a terrorist insurgency against the new Government.
