Lets Get Real:

This could be a massive mistake by Iran, it would lose its relationships with France and Germany and Israel might think that Iran will become a nuclear threat and take out its nuclear facilities as it has done with Iraq in 1981 and Syria in 2007.   Also the Trump Oval will never allow Iran to become a nuclear armed power, it would be a massive threat to the region.   The Trump Oval has to make it clear to Iran, that if it does this, it will be crossing a read line and the US will take harsh military action, one that could bring down the Regime.  Also should Iran attack US CITIZENS or ASSETS the Oval has make it clear that the reaction could be the release the furies, one that Iran could never defend against.  Very tense days ahead, what will Iran do?

POTUS is making it very CLEAR if Tehran reacts to the removal of its terrorist General then the US will act in disproportionately manner, this will go down well with the US voter and place the Democrats and the liberal press behind the 8 ball or snookered as way say in the UK.  The Trump Oval should do a Oval OFFICE address, make it plain to Iran, that if they kill or damage US assets that that will be the end of their tyrannical Regime.  POTUS has to mean and and follow through, that might cause Iran to pause, they must understand, if they ACT it could be over for them, total destruction.  It is better to be feared than laughed at!!

The Iraqi resolution is not binding on the Iraqi PM and one can assume the US will placed heavy pressure on him to not to enforce it, as any removal of US troops could allow Daesh to come back and place the whole of IRAQ under threat from them, also Iran would make Iraq a pure satellite, that could cause a civil war within Iraq.   Thus far the West is still waiting for Iran to do SOMETHING, the appeasing press of the West have gotten their knickers in a twist, they believe every word out of Tehran but question the removal of Soleimani, the worse is CNN and the BBC.    If this was World War 2, they would have been closed down, as supporting the enemy.  The new Conservative Government should SELL the BBC or make it a subscription format, the BBC has learned nothing from the General Election, and CNN has lost the plot ages ago with the election of Trump in 2016. If Tehran was clever it would do NOTHING, Trump is not playing about, he will react with the furies if Iran hits US TROOPS OR ASSETS.

A bit of light relief from the politics = Doctor Who 

Doctor Who News: Reports " Doctor Who Spyfall Part One, was watched by an average of 4.88 million viewers, 21.6% of the total TV audience at the time.  "

Lets Get Real:

The first part was great, you had spies being killed and C head of MI6 calling on the Doctor, it was fun to see C not know that the Doctor has changed to a female incarnation, then he got shot, very brutal for Doctor Who.   The Doctor and her companions went on separate missions, this allowed the main cast to have different adventures, while the Doctor meet a former Agent known as O ( the Doctor, Graham and O were attacked by aliens ), the Doctor discovered that they came from a different universe, but had spies all around the globe.  The Doctor and his companions and O followed the human villain to his plane.  There is a major twist as O turned out to be ..... The plane's cockpit was blown up and the Doctor was kidnapped by aliens while the Doctor's companions had to find their own way to land the plane, or at least that is what they thought!!

In the 2nd partner we learned more about O, well in fact he is no O.   The Doctor was miss placed in different time zones, 1834 and 1943 Paris.  O was present.   The Doctor meet real life characters, after you see the 2nd part you should google them, in Doctor Who you always learn something.  At the of the show we see the Doctor's home planet, it has been destroyed by O, well that what he claimed, the Doctor was angry at the news and went home and found that O has spoken the truth, a developing thread for the series.   The two parts were great, dramatic, horror in places, but also funny, but also a nod to the classic series and Tom Baker's final episode.   The Doctor kicked but, used her mind, one can hardly see this Doctor throwing a left hook, she is not the 12 Doctor.  A must see for fans, the Doctor is BACK.

This is ONE of the reasons that Jeremy Corbyn LOST the 2019 General Election, the UK voters did not trust him with the security of the UK, the Corbyn Era has seen the Labour Party drift to the left, believing Putin and his spin and relationships with some very dubious groups and people.    The PM is on holiday at the moment, he should consider coming home, the issue not be allowed to be handled by the FCO, if is full of appeasers.  The UK should stand behind the US, whatever action is taken by the US when it comes to Iran.  One can only hope that IRAN is wise enough not to take action, the Trump OVAL is looking for a reason to finish off the the Tehran Regime.

If Iran does react to the assassination of General Soleimani it could be the worse foreign policy it has ever made, the Trump Oval wants to divert the US voter from the on coming impeachment Trial and to make sure moderate Senate Republicans do not bail on the President.  The Republican base will support this action by POTUS, while in general US voters can be expected to support a strong President.  The President should make a Oval Office Address on the issue.  It would frame the narrative.  It would show a strong  President, taking on the enemies of the US.

It seems that Trump has finally taken the gloves off when it comes to Iran, before the air strike that lead to the US Embassy attack Trump had been appeasing IRAN, but with having been impeached by the Democratic House the Trump Oval wants to be known for something else, what about finishing off the Tehran Government, that would be a noble and noteworthy event, the question is how will Tehran react the assassination of its top terrorists, if he was wise it would let it go, as it can be postulated that POTUS is looking for a reason to wage WAR on Iran, and finish off a threat that has lasted since 1979.  Any life is a LOSS, but this blog will not be crying in its tea over General Soleimani, he was a arch terrorist that has cost the lives of hundreds of US troops in Iraq and was cancer on the Middle East.
