The US should only take military action if North Korea develops a ICBM that can hit the US, otherwise the Oval Office should dismiss the issue, no giving in to blackmail threats, just tell North Korea they can do what they like in North Korea, with exceptions, and the US will not give them money or food, if they want to starve their people that is their problem. These outbursts by North Korea is getting OLD, the West has played this game before, just dismiss it and get on with the defence of US allies in the Asia.
