Lets Get Real:
As long as North Korea's ICBM's fail then the Oval Office does not need to react, the failure speaks for itself, of course from failure the North Korean regime will learn to improve its faults. Thus during a Trump Presidency there might be a need for a US strike on NK. One would hope the CIA and the NSA have their eyes and ears open to check what is going on in NK. Also the CIA should be hacking the NK system, seeing if it can slow down the development of a working ICBM. Thus this crisis will pass, but it will return one day, and that day might be sooner than we think. This is long term developing story.
