This loud speaker diplomacy by the Russians, the more Moscow shouts it can be stated that the tensions are not that high, you only shout when you want attention, like a puppy, it wants some TLC, the real threat would be if the Russians were more quieter and doing something, the Russians have stated that they will upgrade the Syrian defences, IF the US wanted to they could take these out, Moscow is only a super power because it has nukes, its economy is a joke and the price of oil has hit rock bottom. The Russian bear is all SPIN these days, is it not the USSR, it's not even Tsarist Russia.
