IF the above is true, it leads the investigators to think that the suspect or suspects could be out there in Berlin, and that they remain a threat to the public, hence the warning for the public to keep their eyes and ears open and to report any suspect action. As German elections are coming soon, the politicians will want answers, as will the German people, if you have to worry about being run over at a Christmas event the World is in hell of a shape for the future.
