One can only hope that China is placing 100% pressure on North Korea, after the missile failure NK might think it needs to send a message, thus a nuclear test, this would force the US to act, otherwise it would be seen as a victory for North Korea. The Trump Oval has to give China time, but not to much, China also has to get the message, that the Obama days are over and a new President will take action. A nuclear war in Asia would be a disaster at any time, but North Korea with an ICBM is a threat to the US homeland. It has been suggested that by 2020, the year of Trump's re-election campaign that North Korea will have a working ICBM, that would be a disaster for Asia and for the election prospects of Trump, thus expect something to break, in this game there can only be one winner.
