It is all out WAR between President Trump and President Obama, a statement by Obama refutes the allegation, why did he not appear himself, interesting question. As a diversion it is one hell of attack, the press can not discount, they will have to check, they do not want o be seen as urban elites who would never even take on a former President. The Russian connection to Trump seems small fry, there is no there there, as our American cousins say, low level links, not a deep covert op. The Russians are not going to admit to any wrongdoing, so who can be turned to give the dirt on the President, this could go on for months and months. Vice President Pence, could find himself in the Oval faster than the thinks.
