Lets recall New Hampshire folks, Obama had a lead of over 10% in the race with Hillary Clinton, what happened Clinton won by a few points. The Poll could show a trend, but lets waits for the regular tracking polls to show this lead, don't make a bet based on this poll till you see other polls.
