Will President Trump do anything about the latest chemical attack by the Syrian Regime, one has doubts, the Oval wants out of Syria, and has stated as such, the adults within the Trump Administration are stalling to make sure that Daesh is finished, that Al Qaeda can not come back. The blame for the US failure in Syria goes back to the Obama Administration, former President Barack Obama stated that it was his red line if the Assad Regime used chemical weapons, when Assad did, the Obama Oval did nothing, thus every US President after Obama will have to follow through if he or she states that they have red lines over hot spots. Will World community react to the latest attack, not really, Russia has a veto on the UN security Council and will veto any moves against Syria and Assad.
