Lets Get Real: The Republicans are playing ROUGH, and the sad fact that it is an issue, if this blog did not know better it would suggest that VP Biden has vascular Dementia. The slow talking is an aspect of that dementia, it slowly withers the mind, one would advice that the former VP, for the sake of himself and the country have a CHECK, and fast, the campaign is going to get ever more rough!
